Owner James is an airline transport pilot and his brother manager Jason is on the pilot training after serving military. Jessica was working for one of top major airline in the world as a senior flight attendant. All J's members are from aviation industry. We had chance to see many of great foods and cultures from all over the world and made a decision to start up own restaurant. It's our pleasure to serve our special Korean fusion foods for local people in Downtown Fullerton.
Seoul Eats :J's Cuisine is the culmination of day dreams turned into reality. Through thick & thin and a strong helping of faith & perseverance, We managed to find the perfect location to share their favorite Korean comfort foods with local flavors.
